Protection of Salt Lake City's LGBT Individuals

lgbt_aritcle_page_photo_templateIn his first official act as Mayor, Ralph Becker proposed Utah’s first domestic partnership registry, now termed the Mutual Commitment Registry.  The registry allows individuals with deep personal relationships to receive a certificate attesting to their domestic partner status.
